Brand Visibility
- Verbal Announcement — Your business is announced by name at the opening of every mixer — all 12 per year, virtual and in-person. On virtual events, this is paired with your logo on the opening screen.
- Banner Placement (In-Person) — Your 2×6 standing banner is displayed at every in-person mixer. Sponsor provides the banner; LBW provides the placement and spec confirmation in advance.
- Logo on Opening Screen (Virtual) — Your logo appears on the opening slide during the virtual mixer announcement. Displayed during the opening segment, then the meeting moves into its program.
- Social Media Recognition — Featured mention across LBW's social channels tied to your sponsorship — at minimum once per quarter, coordinated with event activity.
- Featured Website Listing — A dedicated sponsor profile on the LBW website for the duration of your contract year — above standard-tier listings, with your logo, business name, and a brief description.
Community Access
- Warm Introductions — LBW leadership makes intentional introductions to members when genuine fit exists. Each introduction comes with context for both parties — purposeful and personal. Minimum 2 per quarter.
- 4 Complimentary In-Person Tickets — Four guest passes to in-person mixers annually ($200 value). Use them to bring prospects, partners, or team members into the room. Tickets are non-transferable between contract years.
- Chapter Membership — 1 membership seat in an LBW chapter for 12 months.
- LBW | EDC Membership — 1 seat with LBW | EDC for 12 months.
- Event Guest Contact List — Contact list of all guests from LBW events during the 12-month sponsorship term.
Leadership Access
- 2 × 60-Min Consult Hours — Two one-hour strategy sessions with LBW leadership, covering business development, coaching, and culture branding. Scheduled at your discretion. Both hours are valid within the contract year.
